About Us
A&S (Access & Support) Scaffolding was established in 1990 to support a building company called S.F.B. Contractors with the New Forest District Council Maintenance.
Lee Mellor, Managing Director, has been in the scaffolding trade since 1986 becoming an advanced scaffolder in 1991.
He joined the company in 1991 and became a partner in 1993.
In April 1997 Lee became a “Sole Trader” and has with the help of a good team continued to support and help existing customers whilst also taking on new projects providing advice and manpower to fulfil all scaffolding needs.
Graham Swainston, Contracts Manager has been scaffolding since 1978. He joined A&S in 1997 as a foreman and is now the Contracts Manager/Estimator. He has enhanced A&S in helping their customers & staff with his vast experience.
A&S has expanded into a general and specialist maintenance scaffold company dealing from the average extension to accessing the impossible.
